It can be watched: Pink lesions on the skin are quite common. Often they are what is called a cherry angioma. You can watch and monitor it for any further growth or changes in its color. If it does not grow in size over the next 6 months, it is likely to be harmless and could be left alone. Any growth in size(to one centimeter or more) will require a medical check up.
