I researched info on: Holosync once and could never get a randomized controlled study.  It doesn't mean there is no benefit. Let's take holo sync.  The way to test it is to use music without activity underneath.  U would then do comparisons on those with the music vs. Music and technology.  The gold standard is the randomized study, no one knows who got the technology.  This would take a great deal of time and money.

Need psych eval: Please get a psych eval, plenty of rest, eat a healthy diet and sign up for psychotherapy. Also get a physical exam to make sure your overall health is good, get plenty of exercise, tend to your spituality and get spiritually centered. Consider yoga, acupuncture, and collect a group of supportive people around you that you can get support from and support in return. Utilize pastoral counseling if so inclined.

Negative thoughts: Nature fills up any vacuum.  Check in briefly w/negative issues daily and at other times remind yourself that you will check in again the next day.  Then fill up the vacuum the negative thought you reject leaves w/a healthier thought such as a happy memory or event. Depends: Have you had periods in between? If you had sexual intercourse, there is no way to say absolutely 0% chance of pregnancy; that being said, 3 months out with negative pregnancy test and no other symptoms would be exceedingly difficult to say that a pregnancy is in place. See your doctor for a blood test if you are still concerned.

: You do not have urine retention by those results. Old people usually have higher post void residual volume but less than 50 cc is still considered normal. Take care.
