Need clarification.: Tiny white matter spots like these can be due to small vessel vascular insufficiency, as mentioned, as well as conditions like multiple sclerosis and Lyme disease.  Or they can have no specific cause at all.  But in a young person like yourself, a good examination and testing would be in order.

: Based upon the post, there is no confirmation of a brain tumor, findings are nonspecific, and must be correlated with your clinical symptoms.  Cause may be prior head trauma, migraine, cigarette smoking, even demyelinating disorder, etc.  Talk with your doctor about the significance. Microvascular diseas: It means the diffuse microvascularity at the distal end of the arterial tree is narrowed so that end vessel flow is impaired and unless a way can be found to open up the microvasculature chronic ischemia of the beds supplied will be present.

Depends: On etiology. It is commonly due to diabetes, in that case good control of diabetes helps. Treatment is directed towards the underlying cause of micro-vascular disease.

White matterMRI: This means that it is likely that you have a microvascular problem most likely high blood pressure that is knocking off part of your brain.  Discuss with the Dr who ordered it as they know such things as your BP and many other factors that could be involved.  I do not.  But am available for consult.

: The interpretation is nonspecific and nondiagnostic.  Clinical correlation with your doctor is key.  Possible reasons for the lesions include smoking, migraine, prior head injuries, demyelinating disorders, small blood vessel disease, congenital issues, use of various recreational drugs, etc.  Perhaps you can discuss the MRI with the radiologist?

: Common approaches could include meds to prevent strokes which depends upon underlying risk factors.  Would also check cardiac risk.  See neurologist

Explanations?: From your description, does NOT seem like you had a stroke, but your docs need to confirm causation.  Did you really faint or instead have a cardiac arrhythmia, such as Stokes-Adams attack, or a seizure?  A transient ischemic attack in the vertebral-basilar circulation can cause "drop attacks".  Get a second opinion if necessary but aim to prevent future spells.

Tiny artery disease: Micro vascular disease is inside matrix changes with decrease blood flow in tiny arteries effecting brain, heart and kidneys. Also known arteriosclerosis  and different from large blood vessel disease[atherosclerosis]with no plaques. Causes are blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, uric acid, arthritis, poly cystic ovary. Effects;mini stroke, angina, heart attack and kidney failure. Treat the disease.
