I do not think so: If you are asking for a single medication that is available otc with all 3 ingredients, I am not aware of any.

You can find some that have the Pseudoephedrine and the  chlorpheniramine but not the acetaminophen.

I believe advil (ibuprofen) allergy sinus is close having Ibuprofen instead of the Acetaminophen in  pill form.

That said, cold medications are not recommended for children less than 4 years of age.

Antihistamine: Chlorpheniramine is a first generation antihistamine. It has been around for a long time and is available in a lot of over the counter medications. While effective for mild allergies it can cause drowsiness in many people. Second generation antihistamines such as Claritin (loratadine) or Allegra (fexofenadine) are often a better choice as they are non-sedating.

i ate a cake(3hrs ago) which may have wine as ingredient. just checking if i'm able to eat my medications later? (chlorpheniramine 4mg & cough syrup)

Not an issue: unless an entire bottle of wine was used.

i got my period &at the same time i got the flu &i started to take 1000 mg paracetamol, 60 mg pseudoephedrine, 4 mg chlorpheniramine maleate 3 times for 5 days so far. does these medications interfere with weight loss and can it cause more bloating?

May be: These medications are not likely to change the course of your "flu" and have side effects. Your weight loss is more dependent on your food intake and exercise or the lack of it., but not on the medications you mentioned.

Fluoxetine: Fluoxetine (known as Prozac brand name)  is an antidepressant anti anxiety medication. Insulin  (known as Humalog, Novolog, Apidra, Lantus, (insulin glargine) Levenir) is a hormone for the control of diabetes. Warfarin  (known as Coumadin, Jantoven) is an anticoagulant Vitamin K antagonist. Chlorfenamine (known as Piriton) is an antihistamine.

Yes: If the cold symptoms are over, it is not necessary to take medicine for them. The phenylephrine he took might have contributed to the elevated BP (which may also rise with discomfort or pain.

Loratadine usually: In a 2001 study in humans, loratadine was significantly better than chlorpheniramine in relieving allergic rhinitis symptoms with less drowsiness. Both were better than placebo (sugar pill). 
In the lab using rabbit trachea, the chlorpheniramine appeared to antagonize or suppress histamine effect just a little bit better than loratadine.  
For humans, go with loratadine.

Very similar: Both are older antihistamines and very close in their chemical structure.  The chlorpheniramine has a chlorine in it, while the pheniramine doesn't. 

Pheniramine is: dimethyl[3-phenyl-3-(pyridin-2-yl)propyl]amine while chlorpheniramine is 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-n, n-dimethyl-
3-pyridin-2-yl-propan-1-amine.

Both: Antihistamines are extremely safe. Any antihistamine can cause drowsiness, but second-generation antihistamines are much less likely to do so. Drowsiness with chlorpheniramine is the biggest side effect to watch for, between these two meds.
