Very similar: Both are older antihistamines and very close in their chemical structure. The chlorpheniramine has a chlorine in it, while the pheniramine doesn't. Pheniramine is: dimethyl[3-phenyl-3-(pyridin-2-yl)propyl]amine while chlorpheniramine is 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-n, n-dimethyl- 3-pyridin-2-yl-propan-1-amine.
