However, if U know U R stressed and having tests done with your Doctor, why not start working with a clinical psychologist and learn ways 2 reduce stress and anxiety ASAP?

Check platelets: Might have had a viral syndrome at first this might have led to low platelets causing the dots in the shoulder need to check blood tests

Poor digestion: It could be a sign of reflux where the door that closes at the entrance to the stomach is lose. This would allow your stomach acid to get into the esophagus and that would cause bloating and inner throat to be uncomfortable. Betaine plus right before a meal can help this. I would recommend getting the ph level of the stomach done.

f, obese on prilosec 40mg for gerd and chronic laryngitis. i reduced prilosec to 20mg for last 3 weeks due to bloating. ive had more reflux, itchy burning throat, and a bronchospasm with bad cough and mucus. can reduction of prilosec cause flareups?

: The reduced dose could allow for your GERD symptoms to return that were controlled with the higher dose. You should see a GI doctor to see if there is an alternative treatment that would lead to less bloating. There may be an effective treatment that won’t lead to the bloating side effect. So, see a GI doctor for evaluation and treatment. Good luck to you!

: Do you know whether the hiatal hernia is stuck in the chest? If so it could be quite symptomatic. Does your gastroenterologist think that stomach erosion is more likely to be the cause of your symptoms? If so, avoid caffeine, alcohol,nicotine, aspirin &amp; meds like ibuprofen or naproxen, and take the maximum dose of the PPI. A thoracic surgeon can give you advice about your hiatal hernia.

NO: At age 20, a heart attack would be more rare than finding a gold coin in Central Park. Your symptoms could be due to lots of other things but I'd put panic attack at the top of the list, if you think that may be the case?
