i have bloating and upper abdomen discomfort that causes inner throat discomfort. my bowel movements are regular until a dau ago. what could this be?

Poor digestion: It could be a sign of reflux where the door that closes at the entrance to the stomach is lose. This would allow your stomach acid to get into the esophagus and that would cause bloating and inner throat to be uncomfortable. Betaine plus right before a meal can help this. I would recommend getting the ph level of the stomach done.
