NO: At age 20, a heart attack would be more rare than finding a gold coin in Central Park. Your symptoms could be due to lots of other things but I'd put panic attack at the top of the list, if you think that may be the case?

Not likely: A heart attack is always possible, but given your age, medical history and symptoms is highly unlikely. Alternate conditions, such as panic attack, given your history of anxiety or hypoglycemia, for example, in the right clinical context are much more likely. Talk to your doc about your symptoms.
