Although chronic : stress and anxiety over an extended period can cause all kinds of physical disorders, it is always advisable 2 have the physical symptoms checked out by a physician before assuming that it's all due 2 stress. However, if U know U R stressed and having tests done with your Doctor, why not start working with a clinical psychologist and learn ways 2 reduce stress and anxiety ASAP?

Prolonged stress: can produce the symptoms you mention and lots of other ones. Please see your doc to rule out medical conditions and then a mental health professional to learn strategies for coping w/stress. Peace and good health.
