Raisins : Raisins are not a natural product. What is meant by unprocessed? How did they make the grapes into raisins? There-in likely is the answer.

Chagas : not enough known to give accurate predictions. Chagas  is rare in the U.S. So probability has to be low .

See Dr...: Either primary care or infectious disease (id). The er is not the place to go when you need specialized testing that takes several days to return a result (as the test you mention does). An id dr can also do a thorough exam and look / test for other problems.

Chagas disease: If you were bitten in north america it is extremely unlikely that you will contract chagas disease.  The prevalence of the disease here is just too low.  Some will develop an ulcer at the site of the bite. Parasitemia is easily demonstrated with blood smears or pcr.

Maybe: If you try hard, it shouldn't take too long to figure out a few other times when you can kiss your girlfriend. But seriously, a significant reaction is a possibility; if you have ever had a life-threatening reaction to shrimp, you absolutely should not. If you had a relatively mild reaction such as a rash around the mouth or a little stomach upset, you can roll the dice if you feel you need to.

Don't worry about it: I don't know if any body has taken it over the rockies.  But it is not supposed to be in california.  If some body did take it over then it should still bloom around august 15th .In areas of no frost in southern california, it would behave  like in southern florida where it blooms again in the end of april.
