Most: Most cancers do not necessarily affect your cbc.  Exceptions include hematologic malignancies like leukemia and myeloma.  Sclc and testicular cancer are not typically associated with CBC abnormalities.

No.: The CBC or complete blood count is not a test for cancer. Certain cancers of the blood, like leukemias, can be detected by elevations in the number and type of white blood cells (wbc), but the CBC is not considered a screening test for any other cancers.

: No. The MPV or mean platelet volume just indicates platelets slightly larger than normal which some people just have. It is not specific to any cancer.

Unlikely: Did you have unintended weight loss. If you did not, do not worry about cancer.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Yes: In both multiple myeloma and  lymphoma the CBC can be fairly normal.

Possibly: Honestly, it would depend on the specific cancer and where and if it has spread to other sites.   For instance, melanoma would likely have a normal count but leukemia would not.

Lymphocytosis: Your lymphocytosis coupled with fatigue and achiness  can been seen in a viral illness . Repeat your CBC when you are feeling better in about ten days for reassurance.
