Not first on my list: Anything is always possible but that would not be my first suspicion.

Unlikely: Angie, the labs you are reporting would fit more a rheumatological condition than cancer. The elevated sed rate indicates an inflammatory condition which the positive ANA would point more down the path of a rheumatological issue. Cancer is unlikely with these labs.
