Unlikely: Blood disorders that are "cancers" are typically detected by abnormalities in the CBC that include an abnormal hemoglobin, a high or low white cell count or platelet count. Myeloma is a type of blood cancer that may elude detection on a CBC and needs other types of blood analysis to diagnose it.
