Dear, you need help: Fatigue is a common symptom that relates to many conditions (yes, including cancer but also many others). At your age, and with the tests you had done, I seriously doubt cancer is your problem. I'm not an expert in depression but it seems to me you are struggling with depression/anxiety and that is taking away your joy for life. Please see your doc about this. I truly hope you feel better.
