ENT cancer at 26: It would be very rare to have an ENT cancer at your age.  There are many benign condition that you may have.  See your doctor and have this worked up.  Best of luck.

No.: Sudden pain is almost never the first symptom of cancer.  You are too young for cancer to be likely at all.  If you have pain that does not improve, see a doc and find out the real reason.  It will, almost certainly, not be cancer.

Could be. See ENT: It could certainly be a cancer, akthough it could be something else like polyps etc. Go to see an ear, nose and throat  ( ent( and have it examined thoroughly. Depending on the ENT evaluation, a biopsy may be needed to rule in and rule out for malignancy.

Probably not: Treat as sinus infection. If doesn't get better see doctor.

No: There are many causes of blood staining of the nostrils, and most are not cancer. See an ENT and they can tell you the cause.

Probably not: You are 27 years old and it is unlikely that you have cancer of the nose or the skin. You should, however, have this looked at by a health care professional.

for 1 year my left nostril hasn't been normal.  very easily prone to bleeding if i blow my nose.  i can see a golden color patch deep inside.  cancer?

Unlikely: It is unlikely that your symptoms are due cancer in the nose. However, you may wish to see an ENT specialist who may cauterize the area responsible for nose bleeds.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i have a small lump in my nostril, very near the opening, on the actual nostril and not septum. it gets painful if i touch it a lot. i am worried it is cancer.

Folliculitis: This is usually from an infection of a hair follicle inside the nostril. Keep your fingers out of your nose. Use a water based gel to keep  your nose moist and if it doesn't improve you may need an antibiotic. Staph bacteria in particular like to reside there.

what would cause right nostril inside to swell almost shut at times, significant difference between left and right nostril inside. left is alright, also the right has a hole looks like black miniture marble in it, nothing ever in nose cancer ?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggest a nasal polyp. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor.

Nasal Sores: Sores in the nose can cause a discomfort and pain. They can be scaly, crusty and can bleed when picked at. Nasal sores can be caused due to bacteria, virus or due to other reasons. Nasal impetigo and herpes simplex virus are the the most common reason behind sores in nose.
