Nasal Sores: Sores in the nose can cause a discomfort and pain. They can be scaly, crusty and can bleed when picked at. Nasal sores can be caused due to bacteria, virus or due to other reasons. Nasal impetigo and herpes simplex virus are the the most common reason behind sores in nose.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. A non-healing ulcer could be a cause for concern. It would be prudent to see an ENT doctor. It may require a biopsy of the lesion and examination of tissue by a pathologist to settle the issue.
