Could be. See ENT: It could certainly be a cancer, akthough it could be something else like polyps etc. Go to see an ear, nose and throat ( ent( and have it examined thoroughly. Depending on the ENT evaluation, a biopsy may be needed to rule in and rule out for malignancy.

It would be unlikely: Because of your age alone, it would be unlikely. However, you should see your physician to have it checked out.
