What would cause right nostril inside to swell almost shut at times, significant difference between left and right nostril inside. left is alright, also the right has a hole looks like black miniture marble in it, nothing ever in nose cancer ?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggest a nasal polyp. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
