ENT cancer at 26: It would be very rare to have an ENT cancer at your age. There are many benign condition that you may have. See your doctor and have this worked up. Best of luck.

Variable looks: Like most cancers, it is a growth that does not belong there. The tumor tends to grow, ulcerate and sometime start bleeding. it will look fleshy but he color can be variable from reddish to purple. It will cause some blockage tot he airflow on one side(the affected nostril). It is uncommon cancer but does occur regardless of the age.
