Compression?: Assuming you mean compression hosiery, then most durable medical equipment pharmacies have them and the other ones can order them with a Rx form your Doctor.  If your Dr. recommends for you to work out with them on, than go for it. Best wishes.

Depends: Some women work until they go into labor.  Other women take off work at 36 weeks.  Still others have pregnancy complications that require more rest and stop working even earlier in pregnancy.  It depends on what type of work you do, how your pregnancy is doing, your financial situation and your stamina during pregnancy.  Discuss it with your gyn.  Best wishes!

chronic rhinitis can be caused due to
1 allergies which may be indoor like house dust or molds and outdoors like tree and plant pollens
2 vasomotor rhinitis not related to allergy
3 cold temperatures
4 certain foods and spices
5 drug side effects like some BP meds
6 deviated septom/large turbinates
so only outdoor allergy will stop.

Maybe: Human growth hormone (hgh) is particularly released during delta phase of sleep, the deepest sleep level. Yet at you sex and age, you probably have completed physical growth and increasing sleep time will not further effect growth. Depending on the dose of radioiodine you must sleep in a separate bed from children and pregnant women for 6 days up to 21 days.
Travel time by public transportation is strictly limited for 3-4 days and is dose dependent.

You should get into a daily discipline to eat less and exercise more.....And the weight loss will follow. You just have to be persistent and keep your patience. It is a long term discipline and change of habbits which will lead to success.

Yes: Absolutely.  One purpose of exercise is to increase muscle strength. This is done by tearing down muscle during exercise then rebuilding it stronger during rest.  Without recovery the rebuilding does not happen.  There is also a medical problem called rhabdomyolysis that can happen which can be life threatening.
