Chronic Rhinitis: Idepends if your condition is due to allrgy to flowers and pollens chronic rhinitis can be caused due to 1 allergies which may be indoor like house dust or molds and outdoors like tree and plant pollens 2 vasomotor rhinitis not related to allergy 3 cold temperatures 4 certain foods and spices 5 drug side effects like some BP meds 6 deviated septom/large turbinates so only outdoor allergy will stop.
