Not needed: You can take it with little likelihood it will harm anything. If you take multivitamins then you should be OK. It is not going to prevent a cold as far as we know scientifically. The hydration part helps the most. I would suggest to start drinking juice to help your system.

Kelp thyroid: Kelp provides iodine which is the ingredient used in making thyroid hormone however since our intake is replete with iodine in food consumed there is no benifit from ingesting kelp.

when i have orange juice(for glowing skin) or anything sour-ish i develop acidity. any alternatives? i take vitamin c tablets daily. will that suffice

"Glowing skin" : Is evidence of overall health and orange juice without the fiber is not the same as eating the orange. Taking vitamin c on its own is not good because all the vitamins work as a a team and does not "take you off the hook" of eating an appropriate diet of  natural food.

Inositol: Inositol will help anxiety and won't interact with ativan (lorazepam). Yes, you can take it in juice.
You should probably stop the Ativan (lorazepam) if you're scared of meds. Another wonderful supplement for anxiety is an herb called holy basil. It helps balance adrenal stress so it helps anxiety naturally. Also, other b vitamins, eating regular meals that have protein in them, avoiding caffeine will all help anxiety.

i broke a blood vessel in my eye. my doctor told me not to take fish oil. should i also stop drinking carrot juice which also has a lot of vitamin a?

Less Vit A intake? : Since Vit A excess CAN cause increased intracranial and introcular pressures, I would recommend to stay away from any Vit A sources for a while, which includes carrot juice, ask your doctor for the timetable on this restriction, and other foods, such as liver, sweet potato, squash, apricots, and cantaloupe
