Ok: A recent large study showed that there is no benefit of taking the daily multivitamins. This does not apply it your vitamin levels are low or if you have has stomach or gastric bypass surgery or if you are taking certain medications that require vitamin supplementation.

: You may take these vitamins in any order or all at once. More important is the reason for your wanting to take these. If you eating a balanced diet you do not need to take any of these supplements.

: You should drink plenty of fluid. You may be a bit dehyrated from the blood loss. This would cause dizziness. Your dizziness could be related to anemia caused by the persistent mentrual bleeding. It would be best to see a doctor to stop the mentrual bleeding, find out the cause, treat the cause and test your blood count to see if your hemoglobin is low and you are anemic. Then treat the anemia.
