You should drink plenty of fluid. You may be a bit dehyrated from the blood loss. This would cause dizziness. Your dizziness could be related to anemia caused by the persistent mentrual bleeding. It would be best to see a doctor to stop the mentrual bleeding, find out the cause, treat the cause and test your blood count to see if your hemoglobin is low and you are anemic. Then treat the anemia.
