How ?: What type of help are you looking for? If this is all you are eating your caloric intake may be too low.  Really low calorie intake can actually backfire on you by leading to a lower metabolic rate. Take care.

Why?: Total fasting is likely the worst way to lose weight since most of the weight you will lose will be water and fasting cannot be sustained. It would be more effective and healthier for you to limit your fat and carb (plus total calories) intake  plus exercising regularly . With your current program, you will likely end up with a heavier weight once the fasting has stopped.

Of course if you are skinny to start with, maybe weight loss is not what you want to do.
