Probably: Chicken is lean meat, if you do not eat the skin. The total calories with this regimen would be minimal. But you must e careful to vary the diet as least once a week to prent certain deficiencies. A good multivitamin will help. Of course if you are skinny to start with, maybe weight loss is not what you want to do.
