Yes: Maintaining a low glycemic index diet or a low simple carb diet is very helpful for PC os. If you are normal weight do not lose anymore weight just eat more to maintain. This will help your ovulation quality and chances of pregnancy.

Possible: Any change in diet, especially if there is substantial weight loss, can affect ovulation and therefore irregular bleeding.  In many cases this is temporary, especially if you are on some form of hormonal contraception. It is also possible that this is unrelated and due to other reasons.  In that instance it will probably continue and would need to be evaluated.

i am an endomorph, i follow a low carb diet & do a lot of cardio, would i still get to 10% bodyfat if i take a day off & eat junk food 1 day per week?

Mind change: "body type" / "endomorph" talk is mostly subscience. You'll get yourself lean when, and only when, you lose your taste for high-calorie, unnutritious food. Your athletic peers will reinforce this. It's great that you're doing a lot of cardio, but save the big empty-calorie tickets for when you're out with friends and even then, impress them by eating a salad. Ask your physician for guidance.

It is a matter of yo: Your will power has a lot to do with it. But you can do it if you go slowly in the beginning and then gradually increase your efforts. Within 3 months, a behavior change can get well established  and success is achieved by then but you have to persist with your efforts.

Calorie counts: Weight loss and getting leaner is not all about restricting carbs. Look at your calorie intake. If your intake is less than you expenditure you will continue to lose weight. You should however be careful to maintain a healthy, balanced and nutritious diet.

If you aren't yet: Incorporating strength training with free weights or other means, that will help you increase your lean body mass, and therefore burn more calories both during exercise and at rest. Have a trainer help you or use the internet to help create a workout plan. You should also incorporate interval training where you change up your routine every few weeks. Try 5 small meals a day instead of 3bigger ones

Ovarian cysts: If you have pcos (polycystic ovarian disease), eating a low carb, low sugar diet may help with correcting your Insulin resistance and with ovarian cysts. Otherwise, low carbs probably won't help with a cyst -- but will be good for your overall health!

See a dietician: Carbs are part of healthy diet but one has to eat "healthy" carbs. Sit down with a dietician and you will be able to get a better idea of a balanced diet.

can i take cod liver and electrolyte powder at the same time? i'm on a low carb diet eating veggies, meat, some berries, dark chocolate each day but i know that you need electrolytes and i'm lactose intolerant so i don't get much vitamin d. thanks!

Carefully: A sports drink after exercise is fine, but there is no need to have electrolyte powder which can lead to abnormalities in electrolyte levels in the blood. Vit D3 daily in recommended doses is advised. Please check with your physician.
