Emollients & Pads: Corns are a body's way of responding to constant pressure over a bony area. Therefore, shoe modifications like gel and foam pads are great. Wider shoes with an added bit of emollients like vit a & d oint. Finally, surgery to remove the bony prominence.

i have severe pain in my pinky toe. when i press it the pain get more strong?

You Can't easily: Best to see a doctor so they can use numbing medicine and put it back in place correctly.

Varus: what you are describing is what is known as adductovarus rotation of the toes. This is a indeed a hammertoe deformity. If they are severely painful you may need surgical management. Please see a podiatrist.

Callus care: I am not sure, but it sounds like you may be talking about a callus that has formed on the outside of the pinky toe.  This is a problem that many have.  If you are healthy, i would recommend you use a good exfoliating foot cream and use a pumice stone on it about every other day...Back off on treating if it gets sore.  Otherwise, see a podiatrist.

Very common: We call this a soft corn or Heloma Molle.
Make sure your shoes are not too narrow.
I don't recommend the over the counter meds. 
If changing shoes doesn't help, see a Podiatrist

Yes: They would still be able to operate if necessary. You can buddy tape it to your 4th toe next to it. They can also prescribe pain medications. Please have it looked at if it is so painful.

See below: Better fitting shoes that do not cause friction at the area is a start. If a deformity such as a hammertoe or spur is present, this will also have to be addresssed. See podiatrist.

Neuroma: Symptoms of electric shock when locus on foot is pressed is likely due to contused foot nerve or benign growth on nerve called neuroma.  This possibly resulted from an acute injury or repetitive stress from focal pinch cause by improperly fitting footwear. Try to protect area from pressure and wear loose fitting shoe. If problem does not resolve within 1-2 weeks see podiatrist.
