Emollients & Pads: Corns are a body's way of responding to constant pressure over a bony area. Therefore, shoe modifications like gel and foam pads are great. Wider shoes with an added bit of emollients like vit a & d oint. Finally, surgery to remove the bony prominence.

Corn: Although there are otc ways to help this , by the time patients see me they have tried all these . See your podiatrist for an in office procedure that will remove the underlying boney cause.
