Neuroma: Symptoms of electric shock when locus on foot is pressed is likely due to contused foot nerve or benign growth on nerve called neuroma. This possibly resulted from an acute injury or repetitive stress from focal pinch cause by improperly fitting footwear. Try to protect area from pressure and wear loose fitting shoe. If problem does not resolve within 1-2 weeks see podiatrist.
