Nothing.: If you are eaten millet that has not been hulled you will likely not be able to digest it (this form appears in bird seed).  If it is hulled you may eat it without any problem. Millet ok, : Millet should be ok,  You want to strive for a well balanced healthy diet and you may notice a greater appetite over time for healthy weight gain.  You may want to consult a dietitician for specifics, and keep up with your prenatal visits.  Be sure your taking your folic acid and prenatal vitamins.  Avoid alcohol and illicit drugs.  Good luck with your pregnancy.

Probably: Everyones response to foods is different. There is nothing intrinsic in the foods which make them prohibited. I would use your body as a guide to if and how much you can eat of these or other foods.

: Are diary products giving you excess gas?  If not, avoid harsh or undigestible roughage &amp; gassy beverages. Take simethicone 1/2 hour after meals to prevent gas buildup. If you're experiencing uncomfortable bloating, drink hot water and/or put heat on your abdomen to help break down gas &amp; allow you to pass it rectally. If not improved, consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation and advice.

Fasting blood sugar: To help lower your blood sugar in the morning, try going for a walk the night before- anytime between dinner and bed. Cinnamon tablets 2x daily, chromium and coQ10 are supplements that can help. Make sure dinner is balanced &amp; reasonable. A light snack before bed can help as well and can prevent your body  from releasing sugar overnight. If fbs remain high you would need medication. Good luck.
