Fasting blood sugar: To help lower your blood sugar in the morning, try going for a walk the night before- anytime between dinner and bed. Cinnamon tablets 2x daily, chromium and coQ10 are supplements that can help. Make sure dinner is balanced & reasonable. A light snack before bed can help as well and can prevent your body from releasing sugar overnight. If fbs remain high you would need medication. Good luck.
