I am 23 year female having gas issues i eat millet leafy vegetable rice moong lentil only then also i have gas it makes me feel heavy pressure from abdomen so affects while passing stool can u tell me what not yo eat?

Are diary products giving you excess gas? If not, avoid harsh or undigestible roughage & gassy beverages. Take simethicone 1/2 hour after meals to prevent gas buildup. If you're experiencing uncomfortable bloating, drink hot water and/or put heat on your abdomen to help break down gas & allow you to pass it rectally. If not improved, consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation and advice.
