NO: Nothing harmful with these foods in these amounts. Overdose of vitamins happens only from supplements, not foods. Large amounts of carotenes in certain foods can make your skin orange colored, but that is all. Preformed vitamin A in supplements, which does not occur in food, can be toxic in large doses. Overdose of supplemental vitamin A causes birth defects, dry skin, headaches, and other things.

hello, i eat 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 tomato , 1 carrot, 1 egg and 1 stalk celery everyday. do i have excessive vitamin a in my diet?

Definitely NO: The only one of those foods that has ANY Vitamin A is eggs and 1 egg has only 8% the recommended daily intake of Vitamin A. Vitamin A is only found in foods of animal origin. Fruits and vegetables contain Beta Carotene, which our bodies can convert to Vit A as needed, but which NEVER cause excess Vitamin A no matter how much of them you eat.

i've been on the candida diet for a year now to clear my seborreic dermatitis and it says i can't eat peas or carrots . can i eat them now ?

Probably: It takes a long time to reduce candida levels but it sounds like you have been on a strict version of the candida diet. It seems reasonable to add peas and carrots back in; if symptoms worsen then reduce but it seems unlikely. Besides diet I hope you have been taking antifungal herbs &amp; probiotics!

One thing for sure, you're on the right track in terms of WHAT you eat, although you didn't specify what KINDS of meat you eat or if you ever might eat some vegetable sources of protein.I think that just might cover it.
