Depends On A Lot: That all depends on your current weight, body fat to muscle ratio, amount you eat and total daily calories ingested, your activity level and overall basal metabolic rate. One thing for sure, you're on the right track in terms of WHAT you eat, although you didn't specify what KINDS of meat you eat or if you ever might eat some vegetable sources of protein.I think that just might cover it.
