what do you advise if i want a good diet where you can eat alot?

Veggies: steamed and or raw  veggies are low in calories, high in nutrients and bulk. Imagine eating a bag of cut carrots with your bread and peanut butter sandwhich. Drink alot too- water and fiber should be a part of a healthy diet and they can also help make you feel full. Happy eating

A. Have specialist examine lower throat for evidence of pooling - means food not going down right.
b.Look for evidence of acid inflammation in the lower throat.

Meantime try to eat calmly see it that helps.

Garlic: Garlic is EXCELLENT for our health!  It can help lower blood pressure (acts like an ACE inhibitor), help fight infections, and may help lower cholesterol.  Unfortunately, cooking garlic diminishes it's efficacy.

is 160 lbs an acceptable weight for a 22 year old male who is 6 ft 4 in? i can't seem to gain more weight even if i force myself to eat alot.

It's fine: At 6 ft 4 in and 160 lbs, your bmi is 19.5 kg/m2. This is within what is considered normal range for bmi -- 18.5-24.9. Bmi is the ratio of weight in kilograms to height in meters squared and it is a pretty good measure of body fat in most people. Rather than force yourself to eat more than you need you could try resistance training if you want to gain some muscle mass.
