It's fine: At 6 ft 4 in and 160 lbs, your bmi is 19.5 kg/m2. This is within what is considered normal range for bmi -- 18.5-24.9. Bmi is the ratio of weight in kilograms to height in meters squared and it is a pretty good measure of body fat in most people. Rather than force yourself to eat more than you need you could try resistance training if you want to gain some muscle mass.

Healthy weight range: You can use BMI calculator or chart to get an idea. BMI Categories: Underweight = <18.5, Normal weight = 18.5–24.9, Overweight = 25–29.9 & Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater. See: https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm
