i had blood drawn 2 weeks ago, &myvein collapse ihave small veins and dont take needles good, now its a dark circle with my skin color in middle of it?

Scar: A needle puncture mark may take up to a year to heal. Unfortunately, scars take that long to mature. Nothing to do if only a color change and no pain, infection, or lump forming. Certainly, if any of these symptoms see a Doctor for re-evaluation.
Likely will go away with some time.

my blood is extremely dark almost black and thick. 2 days ago it was bright n normal. hard to locate vein with iv or blood isn't drawing correctly to locate vein easily?

: Keeping the tourniquet for longer than a minute or so can make the blood look darker. If the results of blood tests are okay, do not be concerned about the color of blood, especially if it was red earlier.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

spasm from contact with needle
bad technique.

Your veins run: deep in your  arm. They are not superficial. Therefore one must dig to find veins.

: The standard approach, for several decades, has been to draw blood from a vein.  Blood for an artery is best to determine oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, plus pH data.

: Blood drawing almost never causes significant damage to the vein. If your doctor has recommended a blood test, definitely do not delay because of this concern. No harm will come.

Not a problem: Tiny amounts of air are not dangerous. And with today's systems this should not happen.

Hydration: Drink lots of fluids prior to your blood draw.  This should make your blood draw a little easier for you.

Phlebitis: Inflammation of the vein is referred to as phlebitis and clot formation in the vein is thrombophlebitis, which can be superficial or deep (DVT). IV insertion can be a cause of your symptoms of pain at the vein site. If there is redness in the surrounding area, it should be immediately treated with antibiotics etc. Pl have your doctor examine it for definitive diagnosis and treatment as indicated:)

Blood draws: Yes. Sometimes a bruise will develop. Sometimes a nerve will be bothered. Normal. Watch for hot, red skin if there is a problem.
