How can i improve my blood draw? i have small veins and it takes 2-3 times to hit the vein and the flow slows down?

Hydration: Drink lots of fluids prior to your blood draw. This should make your blood draw a little easier for you.

Blood drawing.: To improve your blood draw I would recommend that you stay well hydrated for the procedure and that you keep the area to be used warm so that the veins will dilate. Probably the most important aspect of the blood draw is the experience of the person drawing the blood.
