allergic reaction? after using tbs hand cream, tiny pin-prick blisters have come up. all over hand but not noticeable. only hurts when pressed. help!

If it is only on the: surface of your hands or hand that you put the cream on, then it is possible you have an allergic reaction.  If you put cream on both hands and only have these lesions on 1 hand, it is then unlikely you would have reaction only on 1 hand. Consider other substances or plant poisons (poison ivy etc.) or parasites that could potentially cause these lesions.  I would recommend you see a physician.

i have some smal lumps spreading on my finger they r hard at touch. at first i thought it was an allergic reaction bc i had used some handcream but even after i stopped using the hand cream they still showed up (ive had them for a couple months now)?

Yes: Contact dermatitis can cause red and itchy skin.  Contact dermatitis can be due to a hand cream, soap, cosmetic, etc. Treatment includes removing the offending agent, steroid creams and antihistamine pills to reduce the itch.

Derm problems: Dermatological problems are very difficult to diagnosis without actually seeing the problem. If the er is correct in the diagnosis, allergic conditions are not contagious. Most creams used to treat allergic reactions are steroid creams. If one cream does not work, stronger creams are usually available. See your doctor to confirm the diagnosis and to discuss the possibility of a stronger cream.

Potentially: If by "nappy cream" you mean common diaper ointments.  Zinc oxide has been demonstrated as a potentiator of wound healing, and is found in many diaper ointments.
However, the sterility of some ointments designed for topical skin use cannot be guaranteed and could actually infect a wound with new bacteria.

Burn: Make appointment today, concern exists for secondary infection, make sure you are up to date on tetanus. If no contraindications medication wise your doc may give you an antibiotic called silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) creme. Make sure you are hydrating enough with water. Best wishes!

Questionably: Methylparaben is used to preserve food and cosmetics. It is a fungicide and anti-bacterial agent, extending the shelf-life of a product.  Evidence of this compoundhasbeen found in brast tissue but to the best information hasn't caused breast cancer which usually involves a virus entering into the Wnt-1 gene of the duct cells to initiate malignant treansformation

Yes, but . . .: Yes, you can buy any cream you want, but most are not designed to treat bumps. Rather than searching for treatment 1st, see your GP for diagnosis so that you know what's appropriate for your bump. Lipomas &amp; cysts don't generally need treatment &amp; certainly won't respond to creams.
