If it is only on the: surface of your hands or hand that you put the cream on, then it is possible you have an allergic reaction. If you put cream on both hands and only have these lesions on 1 hand, it is then unlikely you would have reaction only on 1 hand. Consider other substances or plant poisons (poison ivy etc.) or parasites that could potentially cause these lesions. I would recommend you see a physician.
