Doubt a connection: The CPK/CK level is fine especially if you're into fitness, but if you have symptoms of muscle soreness / weakness that are unexplained, it is one small bit of information that may be useful in the workup of a possible myopathy. I would be very surprised if the TMJ problem was anything beyond a coincidence.

Pain in arm or neck: Not likely to get pain in the arm or neck from a brain tumor without having signs of brain stem dysfunction.  There are other conditions that need to be considered. Chiari malformation can produce tingling in neck and shoulders with headaches. You might have a couple of unrelated problems producing a confusing clinical picture. (separate neck and ear problem). A good examination might be in order.

Ritalin (methylphenidate): I doubt if ritlinhs caused your aforementioned symptoms.Withdrawal should take no more than a week.

Surgery : Surgery would be my treatment of last resort. A night guard or other occlusal appliance, stress relief, medication to relax muscles are better treatment options.

NO: Tmj causes pain and discomfort.When eating or talking you hear a click or grinding noise but your vision shouldn't be impaired.

Perhaps: Only in that some patients with displaced TMJ discs have very loud popping and snapping of the jaw with chewing. If that is the case, see an oral surgeon who may recommend an operation.
