See doctor: It sounds like you have several things going on. Lack on sleep can cause many problems. I hope you are working with a doctor on the withdrawal. Possible pinched nerve. See your doctor for an evaluation and find out what is going in. Good luck.

Yes there is: There is a possibility. Try to find a neuromuscular dentist in your area to help you. Also have a sleep study done.

Insect bites: It could be any insect bite. See the doctor if it does not clear up in few days. If it is itchy you can try Hydrocortisone cream and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) by mouth.

Carpal tunnel: Your symptoms could indicate carpal tunnel. If you do alot of typing, writing or anything that entails alot of wrist/ elbow movement then it is a possibility. You can try to use wrist brace and see if that helps. These days xbox, ps3, txt msging on small phone screens can all cause it..

Have it looked at: If it is only on one foot then there is a chance he could have a blood clot in that leg and should be looked at today. Swelling in one foot and numbness that came on all of a sudden shouldnt wait. Good luck.

Chronic wind causing pain in chest and down both arms.?

Dr. Robert Kwok
Pediatrics 33 years experience
Doctor can evaluate: Is chronic wind the stomach gas & bloating, with a need to burp? Or, is chronic wind the intestinal gas, with a need to pass gas via the anus (fart)? Stomach gas and heartburn (reflux) can cause chest pains. Chest pains can also be spasms in the esophagus or angina pain (as in heart attack pain). The aorta is also in the chest. Pains going down the arms can also be effects on spinal cord nerves.
