Intraocular Pressure: I assume that by iop, you mean intraocular pressure of the eye/eyes. Normally, tmj/tmd will not necessarily cause increased iop. But with tmj/tmd an imbalance can occur in the muscles and nerves of the head and facial muscles and mechanisms, which could lead to an immune system issue. Everything can be interrelated and i would not rule this out. I would see an eye md and go from there.
