First most do not : Need any surgery unless approaching a very significant degree of kyphosis with yours being a low normal range rather than an abnormal one.  Usually you need to be in the range of 70 degrees or more and be symptomatic otherwise this is generally well tolerated with weight control and regular exercise.

However, the specialities that deal with this the most are physiatrists, chiropractors, and osteopaths.
