Back/neck pain: If you have arthritis in the low back, then  you likely have arthritis in the neck too. The nerve pain can be relieved with neuropathic pain medications. Anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxer medications can relieve the pain related to the joints, tendons and muscles of the spine. Stretching exercises, physical therapy and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation may help too.

Less likely the hear: Less likely this is from your heart. Could be just muscular, it is rare but possible a thoracic disc herniation. You should see your pcp and get it checked out.

Of course, if you wait a little longer you could also get fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, burning on urination, urgency, incontinence, and bleeding in the urine but you'd save on having to go in now...whaddya think? A myelogram and CT scan of the neck is required to evaluate the cervical spine. Most spinal cord stimulators are not MRI compatible.

: You're 5 days into a covid infection. Have you been vaccinated &amp; boostered? No worrisome chest symptoms or further fever by now is a good sign. Drink lots of fluids. Isolate until you're absolutely free of symptoms for 48 hours although smell may take a while to return. Check with your physician as needed.

Stretching exercises: Low back pain is often due to: trauma, poor posture, bad slepping habits, pushing, pulling, staying long time in the same position. This can be corrected by muscle stretching exercises and proper posture. If the pain feels like burning or an electric schock and runs from the back to the leg, or if you have numbness or lack of strength in a leg, you should go to a Physiatrist.

A change in one determinant of gait ie knee motion will change pelvic motion and can influence the back. In essence knee problem can contribute to back pain.
