A member asked:

Fingertips twisting outwards, lower back pain into front of both thighs and knees, shooting pains upper back & pain down shoulders, arms wrists, hands?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Back/neck pain: If you have arthritis in the low back, then you likely have arthritis in the neck too. The nerve pain can be relieved with neuropathic pain medications. Anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxer medications can relieve the pain related to the joints, tendons and muscles of the spine. Stretching exercises, physical therapy and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation may help too.
