Stretching exercises: Low back pain is often due to: trauma, poor posture, bad slepping habits, pushing, pulling, staying long time in the same position. This can be corrected by muscle stretching exercises and proper posture. If the pain feels like burning or an electric schock and runs from the back to the leg, or if you have numbness or lack of strength in a leg, you should go to a Physiatrist.
