Neck pain: Yes. People with arthritis in the low back often have arthritis in the neck. A pinched nerve in the neck can lead to radiating arm pain, headaches, numbness, weakness, imbalance, and difficulty with urination. A myelogram and CT scan of the neck is required to evaluate the cervical spine. Most spinal cord stimulators are not MRI compatible.
