is it ok to take 10, 000iu of vitamin d3 and 2g of vitamin c everyday.?

Vitamins: I would not take these unless you are treating a documented deficiency of these vitamins by your doctor.  Unless you have a true vitamin deficiency, they could be harmful or a waste of money.

i want to start taking supplements. the ones i specifically will get are zinc (30mg), vitamin c (3,000mg), vitamin d3 (400ui) and biotin (5,000mcg). how do i go about easing into all of them? or is it safe to take all at once and take them daily?

: You could take multiple vitamins daily, however your choice to take very high doses of certain vitamins may need for you to look into the pros and cons more. The use of megadose of vitamins may not be as beneficial as proposed, because like vitamin C is excreted in the urine if taken at high doses so it is a waste that does not benefit the body. Vitamins could be toxic if too high like vitamin D.

i take alpha lipoic acid, calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin d3, vitamin c, probiotic, and lexapro 10mg. can i take creatine while being on all of these?

: Creatine supplement does not have any health beneficial effect. If you take creatine for building muscles, eat a high protein diet then you won't have to worry about any interaction. To directly answer your question, there is no interaction between creatine and other mentioned drug, vitamins and supplement. Take care.

children up to 4 years old we have to give 10 g of vitamin d3 daily, but we still give this to our 5 year old son every day. could this have adverse effects? could we better stop to give it? we also give him vitamin c supplement daily, is this ok?

: Vitamin C &amp; D are often added or already present in food in our regular diet (i.e. cereal, milk, orange juice). The Vitamin D recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for children 4-8 years old is 600 IU/day (15µg). The upper limit is 3000 IU/day. For Vitamin C the RDA is 25 mg/day, the upper limit is 650 mg/day.

Possibly fish oil: Fats including fish oil can sometimes aggravate reflux; this is less likely if taken with food.

Not at all: Most adults need 5-8000 iu of D3 a day during fall and winter months to get adequate D. It is possible to get D from sun in spring &amp; summer if you get enough sun. D is best absorbed with or after a meal. 
Vit C can be taken any time and it is totally safe to take C, D and all other vitamins together. If this was not safe then multivitamins would not be popular and beneficial!

It is ok: not a problem taking both vitamins at the same time each day.  want to be careful with vitamin D as it is a fat-soluble vitamin and you can get too much of it. Most experts recommend 600-800 international units a day if your vitamin D levels are within normal limits. This can be checked easily by a blood test from your doctor. Vit C at 75mg a day for your age. Don't forget calcium 1000mg a day.
